ASTM A269 Stainless Steel Pipe

  ASTM A269 is the standard for seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel pipes, suitable for piping systems that require corrosion resistance and high and low temperature environments.

  This standard applies to pipes with an inner diameter of >=6.4 mm and a wall thickness of >=0.51 mm. Pipes smaller than 1/8 inch (inner diameter 3.2 mm) or with a wall thickness of 0.38 mm are exempt from mechanical property testing.Sizes cover outer diameters from 6 mm to 219 mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 20 mm.
